A five-day immersive programme that blends scenario planning, competitive analysis and stakeholder management. High-performance coaching
Twelve weeks of structured executive coaching designed for C-suite leaders and senior directors. Each engagement begins with a 360-degree assessment, followed by fortnightly coaching sessions, reflective journaling prompts and a mid-programme review.
